At MQL Shop, we have thoroughly tested the products to ensure that they function properly before release. However, we understand that sometimes there might be issues. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we will provide refunds, which will be issued as store credit on our website.

Technical Defects:

We offer a full cost refund in the form of store credit if the product has a technical defect. A technical defect is defined as follows:

  • The product (expert advisor, indicator, script or utility) cannot be attached to the trading chart. This applies to products without a note on using DLL. For products noted to use DLL, ensure to follow the accompanying installation instructions correctly. If issues persist even after contacting us for installation support and the error is confirmed, the technical defect clause will be considered valid.
  • An error or warning appears in the experts or journal tab.
  • You are asked to enter a license key or activation key after following the installation instructions correctly, and not while waiting for an update.
  • Other defects that are confirmed to be product errors upon our examination.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You do not like the product.
  • A product does not have the desired or described performance.
  • An indicator is lagging or repainting (even if the manufacturer’s product description provides different information).
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You do not achieve the desired profit using the product.

Please note: Forex trading carries high risks, and we do not take responsibility for the risks or the actual effectiveness of the products.

Refund Process:

If you wish to request a refund, please follow the process below:

  1. Write us an email at [email protected] describing the issue.
  2. Please include screenshots describing the problem and/or your terminal’s log files.
  3. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your MQL Shop account, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your store credit yet, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check your MQL Shop account for the credit.
  2. If you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at [email protected].

Please ensure to follow this process for a smooth refund experience. If you attempt to apply for buyer protection or reverse other transactions, we reserve the right to sanction your account or close it entirely.
